The system makes it possible to determine the turning on and off of the heating or cooling system based on the temperature of a particular location, simply by transferring and inserting in the plug at that location the thermostat-transmitter which is movable and not connected to a single room. Another advantage is minimising the necessary masonry work, since there is no need to provide a specific installation which connects the boiler or the air conditioner to the thermostat, but instead it utilises the electrical mains already existing in an apartment.
