CONSTITUTION:Error correction code generating circuits 40, 41 provided to a most important sub band are provided in parallel to a digital motion picture transmitter 1 and each output is transferred to a digital motion picture receiver 2 through a separate route and error correction circuits 80, 81 installed in parallel make double error correction processing and a selection circuit selects any correct output and the selected signal is fed to a decoding circuit Al. Thus, the transmission quality of the most important sub band signal is enhanced against a transmission error in the network or abort due to congestion or the like and the deterioration in the picture quality is suppressed.</p> |
