<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate structural faults in a sheathing wall rise section of the front end in conventional construction of a balcony and, at the same time, to enable complete and continuous waterproof treatment of the whole balcony against storm water. CONSTITUTION:Metal fixture bodies 2 as panel mounting members are fitted to the front ends of a concrete slab 1 having a rectangular front end section extended in the horizontal direction from an external wall of a building at proper intervals, and panel members 33, 34 and 35 formed in the shape of a rectangular section are extended along the front end of the concrete slab through the mounting members and are fixed. A drain 36 is extended by using the wall surface of the panel member opposed to the external wall of the building.</p> |
