PURPOSE:To improve reliability to external force and heat without causing disclination by orienting a principal chain of a molecule of a constituent member of an oriented film in the prescribed direction, and forming a specific recess and projection in the prescribed direction on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 1 having a transparent electrode on the surface is loaded on a stage 15, and a printing squeegee 11 is moved through a screen 12, and a member 2b formed by dissolving polyether sulfone into (gamma)-butyl lactone is printed, and when an orientation film preparing layer 2a is formed, a principal chain of a molecule to form the orientation film preparing layer 2a is oriented in the lengthwise direction of the glass substrate 1. Next, an approximately triangular recess and projection is formed repeatedly in the prescribed direction on the surface, and as for this triangular shape, an epoxy resin mold 13 in a shape having a different length between two sides to form a recessed part is opposed to this glass substrate 1, and is pushed against the surface of the orientation film preparing layer 2a while rotating an embossing roller 14 while heating it as it is, and a recessed and projecting shape on the surface is transferred and formed. |
