PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in the number of inspection screens by a method wherein the whole printed board is vertically split at equal intervals to form columns, data on the positions of inspection places are rearranged in order from one on the position of the inspection place located at the upper part of the board in each column, then, the position of the inspection screen is set in each column in such a way that the inspection place located at the uppermost part of each column is included within the upper part of the inspection screen. CONSTITUTION:The rectangle of the outer periphery of the diagram shows the outer shape of a printed board and small rectangle and many other rectangles within the printed board are inspection places. The printed board is vertically split into 4, a first column 12, a second column 13, a third column 14 and a fourth column 15 are formed and moreover, inspection place data tables are rearranged in order from one having the largest Y coordinate of the Y coordinates of the upper right of the inspection places in each column. An inspection screen 17 is set in such a way that the inspection place 16 located at the uppermost part of the first column is included in the uppermost part of the screen. Then, the inspection places within the inspection screen 17 are registered. The board is formed so that a region, where no inspection place exists, is not included within the board, whereby the number of the inspection screen within the whole board is reduced. |
