PURPOSE:To make an estimate by shops, sections and unit articles based on results within minimum required time while reflecting the estimate with the will of a planner when making the estimate at a shop control section in the form of retail sale. CONSTITUTION:The sales results by shops, merchandise and sections are stored from POS terminal equipments 21 arranged by respective shops to a result master file 16, the sales plans by shops, merchandise and sections in the next month are prepared by referring to the result data of this result master file 16, the sales plans by shops, merchandise and sections are fixed by performing the correction of the planner to these prepared plans, further, the fixed sales plans by shops, merchandise and sections are distributed by respective shops, the sales plans by shops, merchandise and sections are prepared, these plans are outputted as a plan list, and the estimates and results are managed. |
