PURPOSE:To prevent a rising projection part from being formed in the overlap part between a black matrix pattern and a filter color pattern. CONSTITUTION:An upper layer pattern part 15 and a lower layer pattern part 14 having the same form pattern are put one over the other to constitute a black matrix pattern 12 formed on a glass substrate 11, and a step part having a prescribed width which is formed by respective edge parts of the lower layer pattern part 14 having a pattern picture line width w2 and the upper layer pattern part 15 having a narrower pattern picture line width w1 which are shifted from each other and are put one over the other is provided along the edge part of the black matrix pattern 12, and edge parts of B, G, and R filter color patterns 13 overlap on the step part. |
