PURPOSE: To provide a device for developing a mono-sheet lithograph offset printing board by a DTR method. CONSTITUTION: A guide controller for a printing board in a developing bath is constituted of a pair of inlet rolls 21 vertically arranged on the inlet of a developing station 12 so that both the rolls 21 are substantially parallel and an angleγfrom the horizontal direction is set up at least to 5 deg., a pair of outlet rolls 22 arranged in parallel separatively from the inlet rolls 21 so that an angleγfrom the horiziontal direction is <25 deg. and a printing board supporting bottom guide member 19 capable of guiding the printing board by one or both of the roll pairs 21, 22 to allow the board to pass the station 12 and having at least 400mm radius of curvature, an angleβ<25 deg. from the horizontal direction, an outlet face inclined upward so that the tip of the board is inserted into the nips of the rolls 22 in the tangent direction and guided through a passage of which range is sufficiently restricted in the bath 12, and opened mesh structure.
