The present invention relates to a work shift setting method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the work shift setting method includes: a step of generating all possible work shift sets; a step of sorting the work shift sets based on the sum of expense coefficients depending on the work environment; a step of setting a first work shift set and a second work shift set based on the sorted work shift sets; and a step of assigning the work shift set of the first work shift set and the second work shift set to workers. At the time, in the step of setting the first work shift set and the second work shift set based on the sorted work shift sets, among the high work shift sets of which the sum of the expense coefficients is high, a work shift set corresponding to a predefined number is selected as the first work shift set, and the second work shift set is selected to standardize the individual preferences of the workers among the remaining work shift sets. |
