PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the retrieval of the address where desired data is stored by stored by storing the address imparting desired data in a table register at the time of executing a comparison decision instruction. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an accumulator 9 storing desired data, a table register 15 storing the address of the data stored in the accumulator 9, a data register 8 storing data to be compared with the accumulator 9, a comparator 10 comparing the size of the value of the accumulator 9 and the value of the data register 8 and a table register writing signal 16 designating the writing in the table register 15 in accordance with the decision result of the comparator 10. When the decision result in the comparator 10 is desirable at the time of executing a comparison decision instruction, a new address is written in the table register 15. |
