<p>PURPOSE:To reduce deterioration in picture quality by one correction and to reduce circuit redundancy by providing an adder and adding an output of a flip-flop and correction data so as to correct a color difference signal. CONSTITUTION:Two stages of flip-flop circuits 10 receiving color difference data resulting from multiplexing color difference signals B-Y, R-Y for each clock delay the data by two clocks. A subtractor 11 receives the color difference data and an output of the flip-flop circuits 10 and subtracts an output of the flip-flop 10 from the color difference data to provide an output of the difference data. Furthermore, a coefficient device 12 receives phase data 1 and multiplies a coefficient gamma and an adder 13 adds phase data 2 and an output of the coefficient device 12 to provide an output of a phase shift. Furthermore, a multiplier 14 multiplies the difference data with the phase shift and its output is inputted to a coefficient device 15, in which a coefficient beta is multiplied with the output to provide an output of correction data. The correction data are used and added to an output of a flip-flop 12 at an adder 16 and the correction is attained at once and picture quality deterioration is less and circuit redundancy is reduced.</p> |
