INITIALIZATION DEVICE FOR PERIPHERAL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To initialize the peripheral device with a small circuit by providing a ROM storing an address for initialization of the peripheral device and a data end flag and a timing controller controlling the generation of address signals which control them and the timing of the initializing control of the peripheral device. CONSTITUTION:A timing controller 2 gives an address 0 to a ROM 1 and then the ROM 1 outputs address signals for peripheral device, write data for peripheral device, and initialization end signal. A timing controller 2 outputs a peripheral device select signal and a peripheral device read/write signal to a peripheral device 3, and executes the first setting. The timing controller 2 discriminates the initialization end signal outputted from the ROM 1 and when it is not ended, the adress adding '1' to the ROM 1 is given and the similar operation is repeated.
