PURPOSE:To fit a wire in a mark tube smoothly by providing a second cutter for cutting the wire, which is cut obliquely, at a right angle after mounting a mark tube. CONSTITUTION:A wire carrying unit 7 for carrying a wire 1 and for carrying a mark tube single material 48 is provided with plural driving rollers 10a-10d for carrying the wire 1, driven rollers 11a-11d, plural guide blocks 12a-12d for guiding the wire 1 to the next process, a cutter 13 for cutting the wire 1 obliquely, a housing 4 provided in the wire 1 carrying route and for holding a mark tube single material 48 so that the wire 1 is passed through an inner hole of the mark tube single material 48, loose-out preventing presses 15a, 15b forming a bend part 49 for preventing the loose-out of the mark tube single material 48 from the wire 1, sensors 16a, 16b for detecting the pass of the wire 1, and a cutter 17 for cutting the wire, which is cut obliquely, at a right angle. |
