PURPOSE:To standardize and improve a level regardless of personal operator ability by calling an information picture from a data file where the know-how of a skilled engineer is stored, hierarchically displaying the picture on the monitor screen of a facility equipment and dealing with a facility system alarm/user claim corresponding to these displayed contents. CONSTITUTION:A guidance picture 42 is called by providing a pointer 40 for displaying information related to processing work on a CRT monitor screen 18, and the information of the original monitor picture 18 is judged. Various information display sub pictures 46a, 46b and 46c are called by providing a pointer 44 for displaying and retrieving various related information in the guidance picture 42. A pointer 50 for displaying a message picture 48 corresponding to each sub picture is provided in the information display sub picture. The know-how of the skilled engineer is previously set in the data file of the related information display sub picture and the message picture.
