PURPOSE:To display ordering data in a easy-to-see form even when there are a lot of ordering data and to simultaneously cook dishes by calculating cooking time based on the ordering data and outputting the ordering data by time zones based on this cooking time. CONSTITUTION:When the ordering data are inputted from a hall terminal equipment in a restaurant system, the hall terminal equipment transmits the ordering data to a kitchen terminal equipment for each item. A time calculating means 2 reads required time corresponding to the relevant item by retrieving a time storage means 1 based on the inputted ordering data and calculates the cooking time based on this required time and the present time. Based on the cooking time calculated by this means, the ordering data are displayed by time zones or outputted by any printing means, etc., under the control of an output control means 3. Therefore, the ordering data can be outputted to the kitchen terminal or the like by time zones in which orders are received, and the orders of the same item belonging to the same time zone can be simultaneously processed. |
