PURPOSE:To obtain a large output voltage with a handy construction. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 4 is provided with a piezo-electric porcelain 6 and electrodes 7a-7f arranged on the outer circumferential surface thereof 6 being divided circumferentially. Here, a larger circumferential distance is set between the detection electrodes 7b and 7f and the earth electrodes 7a, 7c and 7e than that between the drive electrode 7d and the earth electrodes 7c and 7e among the electrodes 7a-7f. This enables the obtaining of a large output voltage from the detection electrodes 7b and 7f. |
