摘要

PURPOSE: To produce an electrophotographic image forming member having both desired mechanical characteristic and low charge injecting speed characteristic and containing an improved graft fluoroelastomer capable of applying directly on a flat metallic substrate eliminating the need of applying an intermediate charge blocking layer as an outer layer. CONSTITUTION: In this member, a support substrate and the outer layer of a volumetric graft fluoroelastomer containing a substantially uniform integrated mutually penetratable or crosslinked network of a polyorganosiloxane graft fluoroelastomer.
