PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a user in a conference system composed of telephone sets and work stations for supporting cooperative operations. CONSTITUTION:A conference window 200 is displayed on the screen 20 of the work station while a conference is executed, the conference window is constituted of a conference table area 220 and an individual area 210 which can not be viewed from other participants and data objects 280 corresponding to data AP utilized in the conference are arranged on the areas. By moving operations by a mouse 182, the data can be distributed, information can be referred to and the AP can be executed. Thus, the operations of the data objects can be performed both in a cooperative field and an individual field in the conference window and the operation during the conference is simplified. |
