PURPOSE:To realize a rust-proof bonded magnet at low cost, manufacture thereof and a coating film having high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A bonded magnet is obtained by kneading metallic fine powder 13, basic fine powder 14, R-Fe-B quenched magnetic powder 11 and a resin 15, compression-molding the kneaded mixture and curing and treating the whole. The manufacture of the bonded magnet has a kneading process 1, in which metallic fine powder 13, basic fine powder 14 and R-Fe-B quenched magnetic powder 11 and the resin 15 are kneaded, and a compression molding process 4, in which the kneaded article is compression-molded, and compression moldings are cured an treated and the bonded magnet is produced in the manufacture of the bonded magnet. The metallic powder 13 and the basic fine powder 14 are mixed to the surface of the bonded magnet, thus forming the coating film of paints (the resin). |
