PURPOSE:To allow a recipient to recognize a storage state in an information box depending on urgency of data at an optional location by reporting incoming call information in storage information data to a reception terminal equipment immediately on emergency or in the lump not on emergency based on a voice or incoming call information list in matching with the performance of the reception terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:Information data sent to a recipient through a communication line 10 are stored in an information box in an information storage section 3 and managed by using an information box management means 2. The storage information of the information data in the information box is reported to a reception terminal equipment designated by a recipient by using an incoming call information output means 15 in a receptible form as incoming call information. The incoming call information output means 15 checks whether the reception terminal equipment is a telephone set or a facsimile equipment and sends the incoming call information in a form of a voice signal or an incoming call information list. Furthermore, the incoming call information of information data are reported altogether at predetermined time intervals set by a sender or the information is immediately reported by a command of the sender only on the occurrence of urgency.
