PURPOSE:To improve feel of a throttle operation without impairing stability of motor rotation. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 is so controlled as to switch between a driving state and a braking state based on a threshold value of an output value of a speed sensor 6 to be applied as a function of a displacement amount of throttle means 5, and when a rotating period tends to be increased, decision of whether the motor 1 is set to the driving state or the braking state is conducted based on the value A. When a rotating period tends to decrease, it is conducted based on a threshold value B to provide a hysteresis in a threshold value for switching a rotating state of the motor 1. Thus, the driving state and the braking state are switched to improve feel of a throttle 5, and since the hysteresis is provided in the threshold value, even if a rotary period is not stabilized near the threshold value, the motor 1 is not switched to the driving or braking state even in a variation of a predetermined range of the hysteresis, but stable rotation is proved. |
