PURPOSE:To form multiple poles and multiple contacts 10 a flat device by arranging two fixed conductive parts of a slide control member such as a slide switch, and to obtain a compact and light part related to the slide control member such as a peripheral part of a select lever or the like of an automatic vehicle by using a turning lever to move the slider with movable contact pieces formed on both surfaces thereof. CONSTITUTION:In an operating device for sliding a slider, which is made of insulated plate, with movable contact pieces 2a along plural conductive parts 1a fixed to insulated boards 1, two insulated boards 1, 1 are arranged in parallel with each other so that the surfaces formed with the conductive parts 1a are opposite to each other. The slider 2 made of insulated plate and having movable contact pieces 2a, which are slid to contact with each conductive part 1a, 1a within a space between the two insulated boards 1, on both surfaces thereof is arranged freely to be moved by a guide part 1b between the two insulated boards 1, 1. A turning rod 5, which is fitted to a long hole 4 formed in an operating piece 3 of the slider 2 at a fitting point P, is set at a pivotally supporting point O arranged in the transmitting direction or the depth direction of the long hole 4. |
