PURPOSE:To automatically reflect common information on all machines in a distributed machine environments and the machines of an operation group to a necessary machine by only defining the information for each machine. CONSTITUTION:The machine hierarchy control means 21 of a second hierarchy server 2 possesses machine hierarchy information A2 showing servers including a third hierarchy server which is subordinate of the server 2 and clients. A common information control means 22 possesses the common information B2 of a first group which is necessary for the server 2, the servers of all the hierarchies which are subordinate of the server 2 and the clients. A common information reflection means 23 possesses the common information B1 delivered from the server 1 at the inside of the server 2 and transmits the common information B1 and the common information B2 to the servers including the third hierarchy server 3 that the server 2 controls and the clients, in accordance with the machine hierarchy information A2.
