Provided is an organic light emitting element. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting element comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; a light emitting layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a hole transfer layer positioned between the first electrode and the light emitting layer, wherein the hole transfer layer includes a dipole substance combining an organic substance with the first component and the second component having different polarity. The organic light emitting display device has high efficiency and a long lifespan.
