The present invention relates to an apparatus for both reinforcing muscular forces of a female reproductive organ and washing the female reproductive organ, and can reinforce muscular forces of a female reproductive organ through a massage using frictional contacts of the female reproductive organ with a surface of the apparatus to prevent odors generated by cold diseases, can maintain the female reproductive organ clean by washing and removing foreign substances or sperms that are residuals in the sexes with men, can attenuate fatigues, can reinforce muscular forces, and can improve the level of immunity. That is, the present invention provides an apparatus for both reinforcing muscular forces of a female reproductive organ and washing the female reproductive organ, the apparatus comprising a washing rod having a muscular force reinforcing washing boss at an end thereof, a rod moving member that moves the washing rod forwards and rearwards, and an insertion restricting plate provided with an end of a coupling part of a rod body to prevent an excessive insertion of the washing rod.
