PURPOSE:To obtain a device constituted so that decolorizing processing can be precisely executed, noise and power consumption are reduced and the recycle of a paper using decolorizing toner can be promoted by making an image forming path different from a path for decolorizing where a toner decolorizing means exists in an image forming means. CONSTITUTION:A copying part 1 executing normal copying processing and a decolorizing part 2 which is provided on the lower side of the copying part 1 and which executes the decolorizing processing of the paper are provided. Since the path where the paper for decolorizing in accordance with a decolorizing action is carried is made different from the path where the copying paper of the copying part 1 is carried and driven by a motor independent of the copying part 1, the optimum carrying speed for the decolorizing can be easily obtained. That means, the paper can be carried under the optimum condition for the decolorizing and the decolorizing can be sufficiently executed as for a practical use. Besides, the decolorizing part 2 is controlled to be driven at the time other than in the midst of a copying action and only when there is the paper for decolorizing at a paper supply part for decolorizing 21. By constituting a control system in such a manner, such a problem that the power consumption of the copying part 1 and the decolorizing part 2 is short, is solved. |
