The present invention relates to a composite cable for most communications for a multi domain electronic control apparatus, and a signal transmission apparatus using same, including: an optical signal transmission unit transmitting an optical signal; and an Ethernet signal transmission unit formed along an outer circumference surface of the optical signal transmission unit to transmit an Ethernet signal. The optical signal transmission unit includes an optical fiber having a core formed at the center and transmitting an optical signal through the core. The present invention can provide both optical communications and Ethernet wired communications through one composite cable.
