The present invention relates to a multifunctional radar display device including a head-up display and, more specifically, to a multifunctional radar display device including a head-up display, wherein whether or not to use the head-up display is controlled and the standing-up angle of the head-up display is adjusted flexibly depending on the height of a user, thereby enabling the user to ensure clear visibility easily. The multifunctional radar display device including a head-up display according to the present invention comprises: a head-up display placed on the rear surface of the upper side of a displayer to display navigation-related information while standing up or lying down; an HUD input part for inputting a command for the standing-up of the head-up display; and an HUD control part for adjusting the standing-up angle of the head-up display according to the command for the standing-up of the HUD input part.
