<p>PURPOSE:To provide a branch case and a manufacturing method for a unit cable, in which resin molding work is carried out easily by surely fitting a connection part in the branch case and surely fixing the cable in the branch case. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing method for a unit cable includes a cable cutting step 1 for cutting an interior wiring cable previously to a given length and putting a piece of wiring information in a place near the cut end on the cable, and a connecting step 10 for connecting the cables with a ring sleeve on the basis of the information at the end part of the cable and insulating the connection part by using a heat-resistant insulating cap. Moreover, the manufacturing method for the unit cable includes a cable setting step 15 for inserting the connection part into a branch case and inserting the cable through a fitting part of the branch case into a cable inserting groove so that the cable is fitted therein or fixed with a cable fixing member, and a resin molding step 25 for covering the inside and surrounding part of the branch case with mold resin.</p> |
