FLUORESCENT LIGHT DETECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To minimize the effect due to carrying deviation of an object to be detected by receiving a luminous quantity of a fluorescent light emitted from the object to be detected and a stimlated light emitted to the object to be detected at maximum. CONSTITUTION:In the fluorescent light detector in which a stimulated light is emitted to a fluorescent substance of an object 1 to be detected from a stimulating light source 2 to stimulate a fluorescent light from the fluorescent substance and the fluorescent light is detected by a photodetector 3 through an optical system to detect the fluorescent substance of the object 1 to be detected, an optical filter 5 with a reflecting/emitting face 4 causing reflection to a stimulated light from the stimulation light source 2 and causing transmission to a fluorescent light emitted from the object 1 to be detected is used for the optical system and a reflecting/emitting face 4 of the optical filter 5 is set so that a stimulated light from the stimulation light source 2 is made incident at an angle of 45 deg. and the optical path for the stimulation light and that for the fluorescent light are set on a line whose direction is opposite to each other by 180 deg..
