PURPOSE:To enables miniaturization and cost reduction and yet make it possible to effectively prevent the temperature rise of heating circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:A Zener diode having a Zener voltage of 32V and a rating of 4W, required for a circuit, is formed by connecting in series two Zener diodes 11, 16V in Zener voltage and 2W in rating, through a connecting member 21. The connecting member 21 is of heat sink structure. |
