PURPOSE:To precisely obtain an active substance distribution state inside a battery so as to judge normality or abnormality of the battery without disassembling the battery. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray 22 is radiated from an X-ray generator 21 to a battery 20 to be measured while scanning in the multiple directions. The X-ray passing the battery 20 is detected by an X-ray detector 23. A controller 24 controls the X-ray generator 21 and the X-ray detector 23. A detection signal output from the X-ray detector 23 is input into an image reproducer 25, which reproduces a tomographic image of the battery 20. Furthermore, a judging device 26 takes in tomographic image information from the image reproducer 25, to thus judge the normality or abnormality of the battery on the basis of the tomographic image information. |
