PURPOSE: To provide a photopolymerizable material for producing colored images, more particularly multicolored images which is capable of forming the images of the pure colors not discolored by the residues of a photoinitiator absorbed in a visible spectral region and nevertheless, allows the use of a photopolymerizable mixture having high photosensitivity. CONSTITUTION: This photopolymerizable material has a flexible and transparent film base A, a colored polymerizable layer B which contains an org. binder, a free radical polymerizable compd. contg. at least one piece of terminal ethylenic unsubstd. groups and dyes or colored pigments, an adhesive layer C which contains a thermoplastic polymer and has Tg of 25 to 100 deg.C and a non-colored photopolymerizable layer D which is arranged between the film base A and the colored polymerizable layer B and contains a polymerlike org. binder, the free radical polymerizable compd. contg. at least one piece of the terminal ethylenic unsubstd. groups and a photopolymerizable initiator. The material described above is processed by 'peeling' development. |
