<p>PURPOSE:To simplify operations through simplification of the retrieving means of documents by simultaneously managing electronic documents and physical documents and operating an automatic library by starting an automatic library control part when the physical documents are retrieved. CONSTITUTION:When processing to open the stored documents is starts, a system control part 9 checks whether the documents related to retrieval are electronic documents or not and when they are the electronic documents, a picture showing the contents of the relevant documents is displayed on a screen by starting an application software. When those documents are physical documents and a documents extracting instruction is inputted, the system control part 9 fixes the storage place of those documents from a document ID and extracts the designated documents from the storage place of an automatic library 2 by starting an automatic library control part 3. Next, the system control part 9 controls the conveying operation of the automatic library 2 so that the operation can move to the library adjacent to a display 5, on the other hand, the arrival time of the physical documents at the arriving position is calculated and after the arrival time calculated as a result is transmitted to the display 5, a series of extraction processing are completed.</p> |
