摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high dielectric strength by forming a ceramic insulating film only on a free face in the two surfaces of a nano-crystal soft magnetic alloy thin band, in which fine nano-crystal particles acquired by thermally treating an amorphous soft magnetic alloy thin band at a crystallization temperature or higher are occupied in a texture. CONSTITUTION:A nano-crystal soft magnetic alloy thin band, in which fine nano crystal particles having particle size of 50mum or less occupy at least 50% of a texture, is obtained by thermally treating an amorhous soft magnetic alloy thin band having the composition of Fe7.35Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 manufactured through one roll melt quenching method at a crystallization temperature. Ceramic insulating films are formed onto both surfaces of the free face (the reverse side to a surface brought into contact with a roll when the soft magnetic alloy thin band is manufactured) of the nano-crystal soft magnetic alloy thin band and a roll surface. Mean thickness through a mass measuring method of the ceramic insulating film formed on the free face is made thicker than that through the mass measuring method of the ceramic insulating film shaped on the roll surface.
