PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture of unit cable and a mold die therefor, which can perform the molding easily and which can perform the connection of cables easily without generating a mistake. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture of a unit cable has a cable cutting process 1 for cutting a cable at a preset length, a connecting process 10 for connecting conductors of the cables, which are cut in the cable cutting process 1, with a ring sleeve so as to form a preset wiring and for insulating the cables, and a cable set process 15 for inserting a connection part inside of a branch case and for positioning the cables inside of a cable insertion groove of a branch case and inside of a cable insertion groove of plural cable guide frames, which are fitted to a lower die of a mold die freely to be disconnected. After this cable set process 15, a mold resin filling process 52 for molding a branch box and a molded branch box ejecting process 54 follow to form the manufacture of unit cable. |
