PURPOSE:To provide a circuit board on which no definite light quantity gap is generated between LED arrays. CONSTITUTION:The board 2 is constituted in such a way that a circuit composed of electronic component mounting sections 3 extended in the length direction of the board 2 and conductive patterns 4a and 5a extended in parallel with each other along both sides of the sections 3 is formed on the surface of the board 2 and the patterns 4a and 5a of the circuit are electrically connected to electronic parts mounted on the sections 3 by wire bonding. In addition, pad sections 4b and 5b are arranged between the patterns 4a and 5a on both sides of the section 3 so that the distances to the sections 4b and 5b connected to bonding wires 7 can alternately become longer and shorter. Therefore, no substantial light quantity gap is generated between LED arrays 6. |
