PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to provide a radio control station which controls and administrates the whole system, to beforehard predict the quantity of interference to be given to other base stations by each radio base station at the time of performing a communication with a subscriber radio station, and to enable efficient frequency allocation. CONSTITUTION:This method consists of plural radio base stations 21-27 which are arranged in a communicable area at intervals and plural subscriber radio stations 31 which are movable in the area, and the both makes a communication by using an optional channel among plural radio channels allocated for the communication between the both; when a subscriber radio station 31 moves in the communicable area, opposite radio base stations are automatically switched in order to continuously offer communication service. Each radio base station sends and receives information regarding the internal state of an radio base station which consists of the use state and observation state of plural radio channels used for the communication with a subscriber station 31 between the adjacent radio base station and each base station and determines a radio channel to be used by itself on the basis of the information.
