Improvements to apparatuses which have, on a platform 11, a reservoir of water 37 with hydraulic means for impelling air via the fans 14 which have mounted on them deflector casings 15 equipped with support and orientation means which allow the movement of the casings 15 from left to right and from top to bottom, with the aim of adapting to the height of the plants or vine stocks, the same flow of air and water being achieved in the form of jets of air 28 and air and water 29 by virtue of arranging two independent pumps 33 which are connected kinematically to a hydraulic motor 36 via belts 35. <IMAGE>
