Provided are a magnetic sensor device capable of appropriately outputting, through a common output line, detection results from midpoints of a plurality of magnetic sensors in which a plurality of magnetoresistive elements are connected in series and a detection device provided with the magnetic sensor device. Specifically, in a sensor circuit 15 of a magnetic sensor device 10, the midpoints 25 of the first magnetoresistive elements 21 and second magnetoresistive elements 22 of a plurality of magnetic sensors 20 are connected to a common output line 61 and the detection results of the plurality of magnetic sensors 20 are output via the common output line 61. For example, a switching circuit 90 applies a driving potential Vdd and ground potential GND to both ends of a magnetic sensor 20a when outputting detection results from the midpoint 25 of the magnetic sensor 20a through an output line 61a and makes the power supply lines 66b, 67b, 66c, 67c connected to other magnetic sensors 20d, 20g having midpoints 25 connected to the same output line 61a have the same potential as that of the output line 61a. |
