A hole (13) is bored in the rotary shaft (8) of the hinge mechanism (6) so as to penetrate through it in the circumferential direction and to expand from the center towards the open end, and the tip of a lock pin (14) is removably fitted into the hole (13) in such a manner that the hole (13) meshes with the tip of the lock pin (14) at a rotating position of about 180 DEG relative to the opening of the recess (2). An impact absorption mechanism (19) is added to the hinge mechanism (6). A semi-spherical ball bearing (11) through which an axial side guide groove (28) facing in a predetermined direction passes is formed at the upper part of a support pole (27) of the support mechanism (9) and a ball shaft (10a) is idly fitted from below into the ball bearing (11) to cause the support shaft (10) to project above the upper part of the axial side guide groove (28). At least one boss (10b) which is formed to project in the circumferential direction of the ball shaft (10a) is fitted into a boss side guide groove (29) formed on the inner surface of the support pole (27) and a holder (31) is internally fixed so as to push up the ball shaft (10a) fitted idly into the ball bearing (11) from inside and below the support shaft (27).
