PURPOSE:To make it possible to turn again tape scraps into resources by a method wherein an electronic component mounter, which sucks electronic components at prescribed positions and mounts the electronic components on a substrate, after component aggregates are cut, the tape scraps are assorted and recovered according to the materials of the cut tape scraps. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component mounter consists of a component feeding part, on which a plurality of types of component aggregates, which respectively hold a plurality of electronic components by taping, can be provided side by side, a head part 7 capable of sucking the electronic components of a prescribed component aggregate from this component feeding part, a table part 9 capable of supporting a substrate, on which the electronic components sucked by this head part are mounted, and cutting parts 12 capable of cutting the component aggregate in after the electronic components are sucked by the head part 7. These cutting parts 12 are provided at the positions of at least two places, are respectively provided with a recovery part 26, which assorts and recovers the cut component aggregates according to the types or materials of the aggregates, and tape scraps of the component aggregates are assorted and recovered according to the types and materials of the aggregates. |
