PURPOSE:To provide a surface coating method for solar cell module excellent in weatherability and heat resistance, quick information method, and suitable for mass production. CONSTITUTION:A photovoltaic element 101 is sealed, at least on the light incident side thereof, by one or more transparent organic polymer resin layer 103, 104. At least one of the layers 103, 104 is irradiated with an electron beam 100 for the purpose of bridge formation. Consequently, the material to be coated is protected against thermal deformation. Furthermore, deterioration of resin due to residual bridging agent can be avoided because no bridging agent is required. Productivity is also enhanced by shortening the time required for bridge formation. |
