A locking device (12) includes a lower main body (2) having at least one first engaging portion (227), an upper cover (3) pivotally connected to and openably covering the lower main body (2), and a locking mechanism (6) including first and second locking members (62, 64) pivotally mounted on the upper cover (3), a locking spring (65) urging the locking members (62, 64) to move toward a locking position, and a handle (66) to control pivoting of the first locking member (62).
