Vehicle, such as a bicycle, moped or motorcycle, provided with handlebars which essentially comprise two handlebar arms which can each be held by one hand. The handlebars can be removed from the vehicle, and the two handlebar arms can be pivoted with respect to one another. The two handlebar arms can be fixed in such a position with respect to one another that the handlebars can be used as a lock for the vehicle.
