This device, in particular for driers, utilises a tube with fins (1), by which a first gas is heated, and comprises at least one longitudinal internal pipe (6) fixed to the inside of the tube with fins and to its lower part, by which a second gas is admitted via one of its ends opening outside the tube, this pipe (6) comprising longitudinal openings formed essentially parallel to the axis of the tube and being closed at its other end inside the tube, the tube being partially filled with an intermediate liquid, for example water, to a certain level delimited by overflow walls of a given height (3), at least one suction being formed at one end of the tube, opposite that corresponding to the admission of said second gas.
