Method for the transition metal complex-catalysed oligomerisation of propene in liquid phase to propene oligomers having a high content of terminal double bonds, by oligomerising propene in the presence of a catalyst of the formula I Cp2MX2 I, in which Cp is an unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl unit and/or a mono-C1- to C4-alkylcyclopentadienyl unit, M is a zirconium or hafnium atom and in which the ligands X represent hydride and/or halogen anions and/or a methyl group, in the presence of an aluminoxane co-catalyst, in this case the catalyst I being employed relative to the aluminoxane co-catalyst in a quantitative ratio which corresponds to an M/Al atomic ratio of 1:250 to 1:1000 and temperatures of 50 to 110 DEG C and a pressure of 30 to 100 bar being used. |
