Disclosed herein are methods of treating Parkinson's disease while maintaining a low dyskinesia induction profile and methods of reversing dyskinesias comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the invention. The present invention further relates to uses and pharmaceutical compositions of said compounds in the manufacture of medicaments in treating the same.
