The present invention relates to a novel crystalline form of benzimidazole derivatives, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the novel crystalline form is not modified under harsh lighting conditions for a long period of time, has low moisture absorption properties, and significantly low static electricity induction properties, thereby allowing the crystalline form to be formulated in an easy manner. In addition, the crystalline form has very excellent inherent-stability to be useful for long-term storage. A crystalline form A of a compound is represented by chemical formula 1, having a peak in the angle of diffraction (2&thgr;± 0.2°) of 8.1°, 10.0°, 12.6°, 14.9°, 15.6°, 16.5°, 17.2°, 19.6°, 23.1°, 24.2°, 28.1°, 30.2°, and 31.6° in the X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
