摘要 Disclosed are a surgical guide for an artificial knee joint patient including a bridge structure, and a method for manufacturing the same. The surgical guide for an artificial knee joint patient including a bridge structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is a surgical guide (100) for an artificial knee joint patient that is used for forming of a hard bone for a total knee arthroplasty, and includes: a body (110) including an inner surface of a structure corresponding to a shape of an outer surface of a 3D hard bone model that is modeled based on 3D hard bone data acquired through a CT or MRI scanning method and having a curved surface that surrounds a portion of the upper side of the 3D hard bone model; a body support (120) including an extension (125) extending from the body (110) in one direction and a first contact part (121) formed at an end of the extension (125) and contacting a surface of an upper end of the hard bone; and a pin guide (130) extending from the body (110) in one direction and having a through-hole (131) into which a pin may be inserted. According to the present invention, a surgical guide for an artificial knee joint patient includes a body including a structure corresponding to a shape of an outer surface of a 3D hard bone model, a body support, and a pin guide, so that a problem in which a location of the surgical guide for an artificial knee joint patient is changed by an external force can be prevented in advance as the surgical guide may be stably fixed to the hard bone, and as a result, a pin may be stably inserted at an accurate location of the hard bone.
